OUR SHIPPING METHOD

Merrayah delivers your items in partnership with Royal Mail company, to ensure the delivery of your orders as quickly as possible at competitive charges. 

Before we ship your order, we must receive a credit card confirmation / approval from your bank. Our Customer Service department may contact you for additional information only when necessary. You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

For your security, high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you can't be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorised to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Import duties and taxes are not covered and clients are required to pay for any taxes required in their countries. 

If you refuse to pay taxes/duties, your order may be returned to us. In this situation, the return shipping cost, as well as any duties and fees, will be deducted from your refund.
